I personally would advise you to get a Hostel as the prices are very low. You can also try to find multiple people who are planning to come to the show and book a hostel room together, not only that will cost very low, but also your roommates will all be Swifties.
If you want to book near the venue, then try booking in the following areas: Charlottenburg, Spandau, Tegel.
